does any province provide PNP with crs score less than 400 and no Job offer in hand.........
Request you to name the province .............

Saskatchewan - SINP EE and SINP OID PNP streams

Yes...

New Brunswick depending on your occupation / if you speak French
PEI you can send EOI
Manitoba if you have a connection but sometimes they allow exploratory visits
Quebec if you can speak French

Saskatchewan if your occupation is on their list
Nova Scotia if your occupation is on their list.

I'm not sure which are open at the minute though, but I think NB and PEI are.

I am a post grad in marketing and sales with 6 years full time work experience in insurance sales............kindly suggest what are my chances to get PNP with score less than 400 which province have opening for insurance sales people.

I'm sorry I haven't researched sales and marketing at all, but usually the provincial government websites are really helpful about employment.

one more thing , i will be getting my transcripts within 15 days, shall I make profile on WES now and pay the fees or shall I wait to get my transcripts in hand firstly.

You should make the WES payment now so that you will get the WES Reference Number.
This Reference number should be mentioned on the envelop of the University transcripts.

Yes, pay WES now, but your transcripts have to be sent to WES by your university, you cannot send them yourself. When my husband and I had ours assessed by WES we had to send a photocopy of our certificates to WES ourselves, and then get our universities to send the transcripts to WES directly. They wouldn't accept it otherwise.

People have different views here in this forum, some people are saying that we can send both transcript in one envelop and the marksheets along with them by stating WES registration number.

Yes, we did that as per the advice on this forum but WES said it was unacceptable and would not progress our ECAs until the universities themselves sent the transcripts. It was a nightmare, my Husbands university were really difficult about it, we didn't think they would send them but eventually we got them to agree to it.

WES requirements differ for different countries. For some they require transcripts to be sent by your university, for others all you need is to get apostille on your credentials and then you can send documents by yourself.

In that case my apologies, our had to be sent from the UK, I might have known they would make it more difficult than it needed to be >:(

People have different views based on their experience and experiences may be different for different people.
Now regarding your questions related to ECA:

-> You may pay the fee anytime before sending the transcripts to WES, as post payment only you will get a reference number that you'll have to mention on the top of package (to be sent to WES).

-> For post-grad, you'll have to send transcripts (sealed and signed by university or autonomous institute) for both, grad and post-grad degrees (assuming that you completed both degress from India). Now these two transcripts, issued to you, will be two separate sealed/signed envelopes. These you'll put in a bigger envelope with the reference number mentioned on the top.

-> Make sure that you include copy of degree (or passing certificate) for both, grad and post-grad degrees along with the application (inside bigger/outermost envelope). Copy of degree need not be attested or sealed/signed by institute.

PS: For any specific question regarding WES ECA, post it here.

How can I check the occupation list for these provinces. I am currently in Ontario and working on a one year contract job for NOC A. My contract will end in oct this year but there is a full potential to get a permanent job in the same company. My concern all I have is 390 points and there is no way I can apply for PR in Ontario. My highest edu is post sec 2 year diploma from ONtario's reputated college. If anyone can provide some details I will appreciate that. Thanks
