need advise pls? its about sectio A client identification summary?

i applied for express entry under (cec)...and on my profile it says medical passed...

but today i got a new request saying Section A client identification summary that needs to be done within 30 days...

can someone pls who has the same situation with me or knows about this help me...do we have to take a medical exam again because i applied together with my family...

really dont have any idea about this...pls and thank you

Hi, I think they are probably referring to the Schedule A form, IMM5669 background information. If you google CIC form finder, then click on the page you can download it from there.
