Worker wants to apply for permanent residence

You don't need another LMIA, see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/hire/offers.asp I came to Canada on WP, and applied for PR last July. At this time my LMIA was already expired. So all you need is to get updated job offer.

Wife not accompanying in canada PR application

It might be considered as misrepresentation unless you have a good explanation why your wife is not accompanying you to Canada. Your intention is to live in Canada with your wife, right? So saying "no" for this question is a lie and as result it's misrepresentation. Note that applying as a...

Wife not accompanying in canada PR application

Technically, it's misrepresentation. Because you lie in your application about your wife not accompanying you. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/protection/fraud/document.asp So you have to prepare very good explanation *why* she won't be accompanying you at the time of application of...

    Is It really Possible !!!!

WES requirements differ for different countries. For some they require transcripts to be sent by your university, for others all you need is to get apostille on your credentials and then you can send documents by yourself.

    How long is a BOWP?

Usually it's issued for one year, but note that BOWP is issued *only* if R10 completeness check is passed for EE application or if positive eligibility decision was made for paper-based applications. All in all, it's unlikely for application to be refused after BOWP was issued.

Hey Andy, Your prediction is *ahem* not accurate. According to 2015 end of year report, they have more than 16047 profiles in 400-1200 CRS range. So don't expect score to fall below 430-440 in short term even with 2000 ITAs per draw. See...

    Working abroad and studying

I'd say it's a gray area. As per my GCMS notes, they didn't even count part-time foreign experience while I was a student (they mentioned only 2 last companies I was working in). I'm not sure if they skipped it because I had enough points even without this experience or for some other reason.

FSWP Rejected! Need help to re-apply

Read http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=394&top=29 carefully. First paragraph explicitly says that co-ops and apprenticeships do not count as skilled work experience. Second paragraph just clarifies answer for CEC program.
