For FSW, you can include all paid work experience whether full-time or part-time provided it was under NOC skill type 0, A or B. It does not matter whether this work experience was gained while you were a student. You will need to provide all documentary evidence to claim this work experience. By the way, did you get ECA done for the Masters that you are referring to?

I'd say it's a gray area.

As per my GCMS notes, they didn't even count part-time foreign experience while I was a student (they mentioned only 2 last companies I was working in). I'm not sure if they skipped it because I had enough points even without this experience or for some other reason.

I was working as a full time and was studying abroad while working at some point and then only go back to have exams for a few days and then back again to work so my work was a full time not a part time

i have never seen any rejection where simultanous work and study points claimed outside canada.
But lets wait for seniors to reply on this.
