Hey VishalRathi, how come CIO sent your file to WVO??? They must be truly overwhelmed this year :( I don't think WVO is authorised to process your file and it's most likely they will transfer it to NDVO for procession first. Only then you can expect your medical request.

Well, the fact that some early-2014 WVO applicants got their visa stamped already (as per Spreadsheet) supports that point of view as well.

Dear namaste, how about adding a spouse to the application as non-accompanying, getting PR and then apply for the sponsorhip? It'll take more time for getting the spouse to Canada, but will definately reduce the initial processing time. I'm not arguing you, but being in a similar situation...

I assume that this certificate is issued upon the applicant's official request only. After that he/she has all the freedom to use it any way he/she finds appropriate. Submit it to VO, for example. PS: There's a premonition of mine that Warsaw VO will take much more time to process than, say...
