I have graduated from CANADA back in 2001 and that is mentioned in my application and my diploma is issued from St. Clair College in Ontario and is attested from ministry of education in Ottawa.
I have submitted my documents to CIC office last August for the skilled worker program which was still active then, and included a copy of my diploma and all of the other required ENDLESS applications, forms, documents, certificates, photos, and fees.
After four months, I got all of my papers back with a rejection for a reason of not submitting the educational credential assessment!!!!! although it is clear in the application where I ticket that I studied in Canada and do not require that.
Now the program on the old scheme has closed and GOOD LUCK for me on the new express entry scheme.
My question is since it is clearly a mistake from their end, is there a way for me to go around this? I have sent them many emails but they do not respond back???
