    Received on Sept 9. I even got BOWP approved 3 or 4 weeks ago. I assumed that the eligibility phase is set to passed that's why I got my BOWP approved.

    I don't think all the 2nd week applications are under second review. I got my BOWP approved 3 weeks ago, I think they won't approve BOWP unless your eligibility is set to pass. I am Sept 9 2014 applicant.

    Applied June 2014. Today call centre said will take until at LEAST June 2016!!!

    I talked to an agent as well today. Her name was Elizabeth. Completeley useless. Not willing to help at all. Do you remember your agent's name ?

    My assumption is that they r issuing BOWP to applicants once they assess that CEC application have passed the eligibility phase. Does anyone else have any other thoughts ? So it's not on first come first serve basis

    Got a work permit for just 18 months.

    My friend was in the same situation and he appealed using a lawyer and got 3 years work permit reissued

    No, I'm not from Visa exempt country. But I do have Ontario PNP application that I submitted in July 2015 but I didn't attached AOR from PNP. I attached CEC AOR.

    I'm hoping this means that my CEC application has passed the eligibility phase and has been marked positive that's why they issued my BOWP. Hope everyone gets their BOWP soon

    Yes. I applied online. It's really weird that I got it before other ppl who applied online as well. Could it be because they r probably accessing my CEC file that I filed on sept 9 2014?

    I called CIC to inquire about my file. They said the eligibilty phase has started but not yet complete. Atleast they have started working on our files !!!! She said we might hear something in March 2016.

    Hey cool dude Canada. What is your time line ? CIO received my file on July 20 and got AOR on Oct 28. I haven't got an email for police clearance yet
