I was on student visa after my cec application. Can I apply for Bowp now because i have aor????

If you were studying then what you can do is apply for a postgraduate working permit, which will be better as it should be longer than a BOWP.

Just spoke again with CIC call center agent, and she was very rude, told me that they was advised that they added additional 4 month to the process time and that she will not look in to my application, told me that I'll have a nice day and hanged up!!

enh, I smell same thing , this week no much progress, sounds stopped around Sep5 applications.

I wouldn't trust this agent telling this from any truthful source. It surely sounded like the same agent whom I spoke with at some time months ago. I was asking her for a simple and different matter (can old CEC file a separate EE application). She had a French or Arabic accent, kept interrupting and cutting me off on the phone, did not solve any of my concerns and in the end told me to have a nice day.
I said: "Enjoy your job" before she hanged up.

I feel we stuck again , ... it is so close , I am sep 8 , force me refresh email every 5 minutes . For God sake, can they finish this now ? we already wait years. Do they ever worry same fate will falling to them one day .

Just go ahead and apply to EE ffs. With years of work experience and no PR yet, old CEC should have good CRS score for work experience for EE.
Say if we all get old CEC MR, then who dafuq knows how long does it take to get PR after MR? I don't understand why people are excited with just MR, BOWP, fake RPRF request etc. CIC can and might put another huge delay even after MR. Just got for EE and put an end to this old CEC BS, and get a peace of mind.

I am an October 2014 applicant. I have almost 4 years of work experience in NOC A and 0, I am fluent in French and English, have a Master degree, but only have 350 points with EE... I just don't get it... So I have to wait, and it's awful!

If I want to bring my wife in Canada on tourist visa do I have to purchase return ticket for her ?

I am CEC SEP 2014 applicant & I have added my wife in the same application. Recently we both received Medical request my wife has already done it I will be doing it on Monday 22nd Feb. My wife lost her job in June 2015 since she is jobless will that put negative effects on her visa application ? I heard that if you have work permit your spouse can get one too, is it true ? because I have BOWP till Feb 2017.

You don't have to wait; should get 450 - 500 in CRS.
Did you take first official language test, and second official language test?
Did you get your credentials outside of Canada? If so did you get your ECA, Educational Credential Assessment?
I know. It sucks when French speaker has to do French test; English speaker has to do English test, highly educated people need to get ECA, etc. but without these things the express entry system doesn't recognize the scores, it's just as stupid as the rest of CIC, but we can still take advantage of it.

Yes, you can and apply for her SOWP online in few days and she will get till Feb,2017 , Also booked her return ticket as well in case if they ask.
