I called just now
The agent said their computer has some problem

Is nothing wrong from my side

He advised check it few days later

probably within a month.

Also make sure you check it in other computers as well. There are some proxy settings and firewall restrictions at offices or your personal comp may have older browser doesn't support their portal. Make sure you check all this.
