That is called Assessment of Sponsor Stage 1 and here in forum it is indicated as File transfer. Problem is most people here didn't got AOR and got the approval + AOR together after some months. But the normal steps are AOR to tell you not to worry that they have received your Sponsorship...

Exactly it is acknowledgment of receipt mean they confirm that they received your file, not that they approve it. I received AOR after 7 days and it said that they have recieved the file on that xxx date and they gave me UCI and File number. And I seriously doubt that this is approval of stage...

Sorry Mehr but you are wrong , AOR is Acknowledgment of Receipt that confirms that they have received your application (ussally after couple of weeks) and allot you a UCI and File number. Approval of stage 1 or eligibility to sponsor come's later. But some people for some reason I ignore...
