Interesting... So to be clear they are saying they will enter into binding arbitration as long as... 1. You accept the current offer with respect to raises. 2. You give up your claim to equal pay (but we will commission a study which may be referenced with regards to this issue the next time...

http://www.pafso.com/news_releases.php?newsID=159 The pertinent part is... We are at the mercy of the management being able to keep the system creaking along. While CJG was probably right about which apps would get processed with the slowdown, he is even more right now in that only apps that...

Well, had a good run with the spreadsheet and people generally behaving themselves. But today it was locking up and I had to take it private. Turns out some idiot had added 3 columns and tried to hide them by making them very small. And in those columns he was inserting code to access a 3rd...

    Pinoy january 2013 applicant.

Still cherry picking... And if the cases selected apply most to your case then they are not representative for most others here you are offering the numbers to.

I hope so, your app is the only bit of yellow in a vast sea of blue on the spreadsheet.

    Foreign Service - Strike?

Re: Reply: Foreign Service - Strike? If you are identifying yourself as a lawyer and giving legal advice, then that may be a problem. So far I have seen no one in these forums doing that. And in the end it is up to the every member to determine for themselves whether the advice or...

Well, they have been PPRing the newer apps (some getting PPR after only 150-160 days after SA, far faster than ours). But that is also good way to pause an app. Ask for info then wait till the bring forward (ball is in your court...). Looks better than letting them sit. But it looks like...

I remember a short while back after talking to the MPs office I posted: Well, all I can say is I am thankful the MPs office was clueless! :P Also I noticed Cokiesweet from June 2012 also got DM. I'm wondering if maybe they are trying to clear out some of the people stuck from the older...

We got our DM early this morning (or was that late last night?). Got all excited and texted my wife to let her know. She is all excited now too. But since then worry has set in. They only say "Decision Made" and no visa has appeared yet so technically the decision can go either way. I know...

Did you request it for the sponsor or the applicant? It should be requested for the applicant (along with the IMM5744 for permission from the applicant to the requester to access the file).

Applied to Ottawa pilot, but sent to diff location

You must have done an outland application. In that case the application will be processed in a VO in your home country (in this case, Los Angeles). If you had applied inland it would have been processed in Canada (in Vegreville, Alberta I believe, though I think Ottawa processes inland too).

http://www.thestar.com/sports/amateur/2013/07/19/sochi_2014_ice_dancer_piper_gilles_pushing_for_citizenship_exemption.html Seems these two are really pushing with the media to be given special status. I hope they don't get it. It would be bad enough if they merely wanted to be bumped up in...

    divorcing sponsored spouse

So in other words you are going to delay your divorce until she is here. Sure, legally you can do it since as you say you are still married. And you can both lie about how much you love each other and the marriage is genuine and you intend to be together forever. But you said in your first...

    Pinoy january 2013 applicant.

Looks good if you cherry pick your data. Now look back at those apps that have PPRs but no visas from as far back as February 2012. They contradict your numbers. In fact according to your 10 weeks my wife should be with me already. There are a lot of factors affecting the times. A simple...
