They maybe just going through secondary checks to make sure your NOC matches correctly with you reference letter(s). I'd say still pay the RPRF in advance. That may get them to start looking at your file again.

Yes, you can order notes for an old application as long as you know the application reference number. The only time you will see "updated" on the main page is when medical passed with IP1 and/or if BG check change again to IP2.

Congrats!!! :D I think your email triggered your PPR because I emailed them today and I got PPR email 3 hours later. Maybe it's coincidence but it sure seems like a pattern that majority of people waiting at IP2 who email CPC-Ottawa gets PPR email a few hours to less than a week afterwards.
