    This is closer. I received my GCMS physical files 3 days ago (ordered them in November 2013). I saw just ... 120 pages of my original docs! After almost 3 years of waiting - they just ticked the residency coalculator page and added my test results (19 of 20). That's it. 5 pages are blocked...

    Jan. 31, 2014 - eCas shows a new record - about a hearing with a CJ. The previous eCas record is of September 2011 (28 months in between) !

    Jan. 30, 2014 - Good news: I've got a letter from CIC: Notice to appear for a Hearing with a Citizenship Judge on Feb. 21. (3 months between hiring a lawyer on Nov 18 and the CJ hearing).

    My "RQ triggers": self-employment, visiting my country of origin once a year, visiting USA, having lived abroad (6 months) after submitting my application. But I am in full compliance with any residency obligations, and maintain my PR status at all times.
