You talk as if you are a very knowledgeable about the process, links18.links18 said:Well, you got what you wanted. They took action on your file. Now however, you are going to have to make a case to the CJ. Remember that if the decision is not favourable and you appeal to federal court--it will only be reviewed on the record--so it would behoove you to confer with legal counsel prior to the hearing. Of course, it seems hard to prepare for a hearing when it is not clear exactly what their issues are with your application.
Where have got all this experience from?
Did you study law? Do you accompany your clients to hearings? Do or did you work for CIC?
Could you name any sources, which I could access to get some specific knowledge about the processes you are talking about?
Or are those just your thoughts and ideas, which you generate here?
Or maybe you have practically experienced the things you are talking about?
I would be interested to find confirmation for your interesting and pretty scary thoughts. Some links maybe?
Thank you.
