Upfront it is then. I'm all for saving time and the more important thing, avoiding potential delays and rejections. Yeah that's a big no no. Now we just have to figure out how to get these letters for EE purposes. EDIT: Does anyone know what we have to email the Canadian embassy in Saudi to...

Yeah I know what you mean about the wording. It does get you from time to time. There are other areas where you can get confused too. Thankfully this forum is of immense help.

    Post ITA - 'Representative' section

You only choose "Yes" if you are using a lawyer, attorney, immigration consultant etc. or some other kind of representative on your behalf. If you are doing everything yourself, you simply choose "No" Good luck!

Online Application issue for biometric requests

If they only requested yours, then only provide yours. This is normal behavior. Just follow their instructions to the letter and you should be fine. It is quite possible they will ask for your wife's and son's biometrics but you cannot submit them until they ask you for them.

    Exceeded Processing Time

Any updates on your application? I, too, am waiting for a response. Although I applied for a TRV my travel dates are coming up real soon. I started my application process back in April and they asked for my passport around mid-May. Seeing how it's been 3 weeks since they were submitted I am not...

Error in biometric collection at VAC

Update: For those wondering the same thing or for future reference, the online application now shows "Updated" instead of the previous "Your action is required" message. I guess it was a delay on the VAC's part for not uploading the details because that is the only thing that makes sense.

Error in biometric collection at VAC

Hi, I'll try to be as brief as possible. The other day both my wife and I went to submit our biometrics at the VAC here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. After we were done, when we got back home I noticed that my application had been updated but my wife's hadn't. I thought maybe since it was close to...
