Online Application issue for biometric requests

Hi All,

If some one can guide me through below query it will be great

I applied for Canadian visit visa last night 30th of May 2015, for myself my wife and my son aged 3 years, and we all are Pakistan nationals.
Immediately after the payment i got messages at the visa portal, in the letter it is requesting for biometric for myself only, i was expecting it will ask for me and my wife also whereas it is asking for myself.
In the portal under my wife application the place where it is written for biometric section it is stating no action required for myself action required is appearing.

Is it normal like this that they ask for primary applicant first and then for the other applicants ?
Please advise.

Application country Saudi Arabia, and Canadian embassy in Riyadh.

If they only requested yours, then only provide yours. This is normal behavior. Just follow their instructions to the letter and you should be fine. It is quite possible they will ask for your wife's and son's biometrics but you cannot submit them until they ask you for them.

Same case as you. Biometric was only requested for my Father even though my mother and sister also applied with him.
