Is it possible that CSR minimum required points drop down to 300 at the end of 2017 ?

No one can really say but so far the trend has been in the low 400s. That too only in 2017. However, there are some other provincial programs that I believe have state they are considering scores lower than 400 if you go that route. They are looking for people with specific skill sets so you would have to fit one of the target occupations or categories required. You may want to research more on provincial nominations. This is a recent thing that has come to light. Also, spaces in these programs are limited so you may want to act fast. Good luck!

Here is one such program for Ontario.

They specifically mention for the listed occupations they lowered the required CRS score below 400, if you meet all other requirements that is.

You may want to Google or search on the forums here for other provinces too such as Nova Scotia and such.
