I received my copies last Friday, in Alberta. The UCI on my permit is the same, no change. But I know a friend whose UCI was changed, apparently, they misaligned his application with another UCI and they were unable to track it. Not sure if that was the case with you too. He applied for closed...

Received approval letter for my BOOW along with my wife's. Applied on 12th Sep, approved on 15th Oct. Does anyone know how much time it takes for the hard copy documents?

Has anyone sent additional/updated documents to Ottawa via email? do they ever acknowledge the receipt and reply if they have added those to the file? I emailed the documents to them twice but they never replied back (other than the automated reply).

Is anyone able to see the application visa office on eCas? It shows mine as Application Received but there is not indication where it is right now. I have to send some additional docs but was wondering where to send it if there is no visa office listed. Does everything go to CPP-O?
