The AOR Received column is empty now...did anyone really got it yet?

I got mine delivered in Calgary from Vancouver in between 2-3 weeks.

This is strange, one of my friends wrote CIO Sydney and he still go an AOR. Not sure why the VO will not just understand it and move it ahead rather than wasting the applicant's time. Depends on the VO I guess.

I don't think xpresspost to PO Box is a problem, I did the same and it was received by CIO, there is even a signature in the tracker. So its possible that it was delivered to the courier address automatically. The Canada post guy told me that we know this address so it shouldn't be a problem.

Just realized I forgot to write the address of my sister in the family information form, it was pending from a long time and than I just forgot. :( will this be a problem?

Shouldn't Question 1(a) be Open Work Permit rather then other? I guess it doesn't matter as you specified that in Q1(b).

Shouldn't the address be: Citizenship & Immigration Canada Canadian Experience Class Centralized Intake Office P.O. Box 4000 Sydney, NS B1P 1J3 Canada the one you entered is if sent through courier, but should reach the same destination I think.

Is there any communication from CIC once they receive the application? or the first communication is the AOR? If there are some missing documents then will they email or directly send the application by mail?

There are cases in my company who were successful with an explanation letter. So I took the same path. Submitted pay stubs, petition letter, offer letter and my company's employment letter. Also submitted a printout of my manager's email stating that they cannot provide a reference letter.

Mailed my application today July 10th. Hope for the best. :) Reference letter was an issue as my company didn't provided one. Hope the explanation letter and supporting documents are accepted.
