You have to link your PR card application to GCKey just like with the PR application itself. Don’t use the application number as it is a new application, use your UCI and personal info

Did you track your husband’s documents? Either way, call IRCC and ask if they received the documents, by now they should’ve issued his CoPR and updated his GCKey to approved.
