Ok but this only means if you had done it. It's not a "requirement". Not everyone does or did a rukhsati/reception. It's up to the agent now how he sees your relationship. Some get it without rukhsati, some don't, some don't even after everything. It's all case by case basis. Let's not scare...

That's an expensive plan, you're paying double the regular rate these days which is around 8cents. For 23/month I would expect way more than that. Also Canada to US calling should be way cheaper than 5cents, heck I'm paying 2cents/min Canada to Pakistan. Check other services like Startec.

It's been 2 weeks since I called CIC-M and they told me they will send the approval letter , I should receive it within 2 weeks. I have not received it yet! ! >:( Without it I cannot go ahead with the Quebec application. This is frustrating. It's a Monday and their lines are all busy.

Great news guys! I've been approved, had to call and find out. Letter should arrive within 2 weeks they said... My fedex delivery date was July 14th! Now have to fill out Quebec forms and mail to them, another 2-3 weeks and $500!!! >:( Anyway, alhamdulillah.
