aha! :) now you caused more confusion lol, what I gathered from bellaluna's comment is that I don't a signature on any form and that the final submission process will be a signature.

Thank you very much! I will just date all the forms and leave all signature fields blank and let the submission process do the job.

I'm getting confusing answers... some say some forms require signatures, some say nothing requires signature.. If I am doing online application, does any form need to be DATED and SIGNED then scanned? Or just input the date and upload? THANKS
