Apparently the order of the app filing date is not followed for issuing PER. Another chap from my NOC, who had applied later than me and was charged later than me, actually got his PER about 5 days before me. So, keep the faith, brother, and chin up. Keep smiling.

My application date was 12.12.2014. CC charged on 5th Feb 2015. No PER yet, though I seem some 15th December applicants have got their PER. My NOC is 2131. Does the NOC have anything to do with the time in which we get PER? Still waiting. :(

Hey Manvar, I have the same timeline as yours - app recd on 12th Dec. CC charged on 5th Feb. PER has been sent to people with app recd date of 5th December, as of now. My guess is that we should be getting our PERs in about a week to 10 days, max. Keep the faith, brother.
