My application was received on Dec 9th. NOC 1114 and am yet to be charged. I have called CIC 0n +16139444000 with my mobile phone and the call was rejected that i am not suppose to call this number from outside Canada.

If you have called CIC and it sail through, kindly help with the step taken to get through especially if you are from Nigeria.

Please I applied for fsw since December 1st 2014 and have not heard from cic. My noc code is 2113 (Geoscoentist and oceanographer)
Please do I still have hope of having my cc charged.
Do anyone know whether cic has start charging box 2113

Unibadan I called the same number from my Airtel line yesterday and it went through. Check your phone setting again or call your mobile network operator to complain.

I used airtel line. Pls give me d breakdown of the call. I would appreciate. I mean when the phone messenger asking to press 1 or press 2.....what did u do to get through to someone to speak to.

Hello everybody,
I am 24th December applicant, i did not receive anything from CIC yet not PER nor Fee Encashed !!
I have tow major fears :
The first one is that nobody signed my package as per DHL notification (Just written SIGNED)
secondly that my VO (Cairo VO) is closed on a temporary bases for more than 2 months and nobody knows when it will be reopen.
does it will postpone Cairo VO applicants??

1. DHL doesn't give the name of the person who signed. Lots of others have faced this. Don't worry.
2. Your application will be transferred to another VO. A lot of NDVO applications have been transferred to Warsaw.
