CIC changed some applications in late 2014, and thy omitted the cell which we write in it our VO. They will determine VO themselves. My PER did not mentioned any thing about VO, but the most probably it will be Cairo VO. that is it

What i know that not all Visa Offices are sending AORs, the majority of applicants are waiting for MR after receiving PERs.
