Just wanted your confirmation on my following query and would appreciate your feedback.
I just got my MR yesterday June 26,2015 and was planning to do my landing next year precisely in July 2016 so my question is:

The Final Landing Deadline is:
A- One year after I received the medical request (i,e) 26/6/2015.
B- One year after the medical exam has been completed by the Panel Physicians.
C- One year after CIC receives the medical exam results from the Panel Physicians.

I think its one year from the date of first medical exam (sometimes medical exam / certain tests are not completed on same day).

Another thing which is a little confusing in the letter sent by the immigration officer it states that I have 60 days to complete the MR and pay the RPRF but in the MR attachments it states that I have 30 days to complete the medicals , so guys which one is accurate? The 60 days or the 30 days?

If I were you I would get it done in 30 days ..why to risk it unnecessary !!

The medical exams can be completed in one day but it depends on the facility, since you also need X ray and blood tests. The reports can take upto three days to generate so your results won't be updated the same day. Try to use e-medical panel doctor so your process is faster.

I know the email is confusing. I have the same program assistant and I had the same thing. 60 days to provide all proof but the other emails with the Medical forms said to complete it in 30 days. Mine also requested my spouses PCC as I had only sent mine in with the application originally. I think it means that you have 60 days to get all of these things completed but for the medical it must be completed within 30 days. That's the way I took it.

I got the MR email on June 2 and my family and I had our medicals done in Houston, TX with Dr. Hanser on Friday June 19th. They do it all right there. You only have to go up the elevator to another floor where the x-rays are done. Our appointment was at 11 am and we were out of there by about 2:30pm. Pretty easy process.

On Wednesday June 24th I got an email from the Dr. office letting me know that all results were in and that the eMedicals had been sent to CIC. Now I just need to wait for CIC to review and update with the third line update in eCAS.

- Can I send the PCC now or wait for Ottawa office to request it? (just for the validity of PCC) ...
- If yes, where to send it?

My timeline is:
- file at CIC: 3-Feb-2015
