Hey Aliakbar. you aren't charged yet? Did you check with your DD issuing bank often? Or try calling CIC and ask for application status, finally ask for UCI, you might get it..

Asked my bank, they said DD is not encashed yet.

Called CIC twice last week. 1st time the agent said, its in process, but dint give me UCI.

Again called the next day, she said, we have not received any application by your name!

Thats really strange, call them again and politely ask them for application status, and finally ask for UCI, you might be lucky if the agent at the other end is co-operative. Best of luck!

i read from other site that u r charged. My dd encashed dt 16th dec noc 2131.

hope others soon charged for 2131.

App Date: 15th of Dec

DD Encashed: 6th of Feb

By the grace of the Lords Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshvara, and the entire pantheon of Hindu Gods, I have received my PER early this morning (woke up to find the PER mail in my inbox). Thanks to all the members of this forum who encouraged me to keep the faith, keep smiling and reassured me whenever I was in doubt.

App. Received at CIO : 28th October, 2014
DD. Charged : 31st December, 2014
IELTS : Sent with Application
PER : 25th January, 2015
AOR : 26th Feb, 2015 (Actually I am considering that e-mail for re-submission requirement of photo as my AOR, as LVO doesn't send AOR)

Yesterday I have sent my photos again with all the requirements. Lets see whats next.

I had submitted my arranged employment documents along with Post graduate work permit and few days back I had received an email to submit 6 months transaction statements to show the settlement funds and having only 30 days for it. I have 2 questions here:

Does it mean settlement funds = whatever I have – credit card or it has nothing to do with the credit card expenses.

Moreover, since I came to know about this after receiving PER so I was not ready for it, if I make all the transactions now in one account from different sources within 15 days , will it going to effect the visa officer decision?

That's kind of strange. The CIC website says if you have a job offer in hand, you don't have to show settlement funds. Call them up confirm whether it is required.
