Oh ok I see! How would you submit Ink fingerprints online? I am looking for information but I can't find any. On the website for the edo it says to mail the fingerprint card? If you do have to send them in the mail, what is the difference then the normal process?

Because from what I know CIC only wants Ink & Roll prints from the FBI Police cert?
