Hi, I sent my extension application last week online, and under "status" it says Submitted. Being at this status gives me implied status correct? My status runs out on the 15th. It doesn't say "recieved" it just says submitted

Yes, I submitted a receipt of my PR application, I told them I haven't sent the app yet in my extension but I am going to within the next two weeks.

You definetly are NOT on implied status from submitting a PR application.

Hi, I am applying Outland and my partner is sponsoring me. If for some reason my visitor extension is denied, does that cancel the permanent residency application? I know it will for inland, but I am not sure if that is the case for Outland.

Also, is this even necessary? It is linked as a Optional Document, but, if I didn't put the completed document there, it wouldnt let me submit. Upon further investigation, by deleting it after placing it, it allows me to submit the document. Should I even submit the 5257 with my extension...

Hi, I am extending my stay in Canada to wait for my PR application. It wouldnt let me submit untill I put a IMM 5257 in the optional slot. Do i also need to add one for my partner? Thanks

Hi, it says I must submit a IMM 5409 if I am common law. There is no spot available for me to put it online, would submitting it in the same slot as the letter of explanation suffice?

Could I just attach it with the letter of explanation?

Also, since I have been living with my partner since May 11 2017, what do I put for the dates on the stat declaration? Since I'm still with her, what would the TO date be? The day that I've signed it?
