No spot online for form?

Hi, it says I must submit a IMM 5409 if I am common law. There is no spot available for me to put it online, would submitting it in the same slot as the letter of explanation suffice?

There is no spot available for me to put it online.......alternatively.....you could send the form through IRCC Webform.

I haven't sent in my extension application yet. I was curious if I could tag it along with my letter of explanation and that would be acceptable.
