Hi, I am going to send in a visitor extension soon, before i send in my PR application.

It says if you are married or common law you need to either send in a common law statute or a marriage certificate for the extension (idk if this is new or not)

Problem is, there is no spot on the online app to put the statute, can I include it with my letter of explination?

Also, since I have been living with my partner since May 11 2017, what do I put for the dates on the stat declaration? Since I'm still with her, what would the TO date be? The day that I've signed it?

Yes, the date you sign the declaration would be sufficient as the TO date.

Ok thank you :) Also, where can I submit this on the online form? Should I submit it under the section with my letter of explanation? It has no submission thing of its own.
