After I got SA I didn't hear anything until 120 days later (4 months). It was an invite for an interview. Typically if there are no snags with your file you should hear within 3 months and it should be for passport request. :)

The Visa Office is not that polite. It is unusual to get an acknowledgement of additional documentation received. Hopefully your next communication will be for your passport! :) :)
