Thanks Leodoc - we have called the call centre twice and they just tell us that they have to contact Sydney. I just checked ecase and it now it says they sent us correspondence requesting information. I guess we will have to wait for the letter to see what information they require.

Just remember to be honest. If you don't know an answer to a question just say I don't know. Also remember that they will try to ask you the same question but in different ways to see if your story changes. Just be consistent. Good luck and God bless.
