You can apply if your job duties match one of the NOC job duties.Search for related NOC codes and check if your duties match the duties of NOC. As per my knowledge which may be wrong - job title could be different but duties have to match. Anyways please wait for replies for further clarification.

i think u have to be first eligible under FSWP by getting 67 points & then be able to apply for express entry. I think waiting for more replies on that matter will make it clearer.

In my personal opinion you could stay a little longer as u will need experience letter, job duties/ description letter, salary stubs etc from your employer.
