confusion on the eligibility for express entry

I am currently working as a full time permanent position at xyz company. Last week, i applied for PR through express entry. frankly speaking, i didn't like my job. can i leave my job now after creating express entry profile? or staying in a company will have more chances of getting invitation for express entry.. my points are 429.

In my personal opinion you could stay a little longer as u will need experience letter, job duties/ description letter, salary stubs etc from your employer.

Stay in the job for now. Just use it as a means to an end
