Is WES hard copy required in the process?

I got my degree evaluated via WES and have a soft copy with reference number with me. However I found lately that I made some error while providing my mailing address in my profile. Is the hardcopy important? Do we need to submit it somewhere in the Immigration process or is the reference number sufficient.

If so shall I order a duplicate report or is there a way to re-order the same mail?

to play it safe, you should scan the hard copy and include it with your Educational credential documents.

Contact WES if you didn't receive the report by post by the mentioned time frame and request them to resend it your updated address on the profile.

yes I think you should order a duplicate, and I believe they charge some more money for it. Duplicate report would just be like the original one.

hi guys,

I need your advice! the same problem here. Looks like my paper report was lost on the way, dont wanna wait for it.
I tried to order the duplicate today, but I just need the paper version (i have the PDF file already) to be sent to me again using the express mail this time... However, WES charges 30 CAD more for the PDF online version + ECA report access by CIC.
Is there an option to refuse the online version or it is a pre-setup that can't be excluded from the package if you order a duplicate?
