Sry vam37, You need to submit a new application if you are interested in applying for Canada. Their cover letter (if, rejection) will provide "instructions for completing your application.".. read it as 'shortcomings in your initial submission'

@ Jugs Serious issue.. Medicals can't be waived unless you submitted it upfront :( Moreover,.. you just got the PER mail .. so Next step- NDVO should request for atleast RPR Fees and PPR (Copies/ Original) :-\ Your file can't get transferred to NDVO this soon as you got the PER mail just...

DD is no doubt safer than CC, though CC has a main advantage of instant confirmation for processing fee ! If you're not familiar with risks associated with CC then avoid it 8)
