Experts, please guess as to when will the PER be issued to the 5th August Applicants! Dose NOC matters? Mine is 2171 and CC was charged on 10th of November.

Reposting as some positive words will boost me up :-X

Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing great and your applications are going good. ;D

I have completed the Medical Tests for me & spouse, currently CIC shows my status as "Medical Reports Received".
From Timelines on this group tracker..I see it will take 1.5-2 months for the Passport Request.

We have a new born baby in our family & I just sent the information to New Delhi Office (yet to send childs PP details etc)

Could someone help me with info..
1. How much time the addition of child to my PR application might take, or additional time for PR processing along with kid.
2. Generally what will be the next steps after Medical Completions ... How long the next steps might take
(I'm little concerned as my company is planning to process my L1B visa for USA in Dec 2014 -Jan 2015, so I will need my PP for this)

appreciate your response. Have a great day!
Could someone reply with any helpful info. Thanks

Dear

I would not suggest you that unless u are really RICH....

Hopefully u did medicals in OCT 2014....it means your PR landing will be valid til oct 2015...You have enough time to resign...Why hurry...Relax talk to your family and then decide..Mean while work and save money more,,,that would be needed in CANADA,,,,rest is upto u..

I have spent last couple of days looking at SS trends and it seems that it takes about 12 to 16 days from cc charge to PER. Your PER should br around the corner now but if dont get any thing within a week from now then I suggest you should give CIC a call. All the best..

If I were you then I would have juiced my company in the month of my travel as well ;D. Since we do not exactly know what is lying ahead of us in Canada. Frankly speaking, I do not want to live in a fool's heaven and surely want to prepare for the worst in my upcoming endeavors. SAVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN AS IT WILL BE WORTH FOR YOU IN ANY CASE.

Dear Friends,

I need your help.

I have send my documnets to CIC on 20th oct and on 28th they were recieved.
I have applied for 2171 job code which has been filled up recently.
If possible please help me in following concerns of mine:

1) How can I be sure that my documents are being accpeted and are under review?
2) What date applications are accpeted till now? I mean those who have got file number recently - when they ahve send their documents?
3) My agent is also asking me to prepare for Express entry - I need you suggestion also how feasible is that as I have given my CC details in FSWP? Also could it be a compliance issue - applying both in FSWP and Express at the same time?
4) I am getting worried on when the process will move ahead?
5) I need to apply for UK PCC, which will take around a month time, so when should I apply for it? as my agent is saying that PCC comes with 6 months of validity and should be valid when we send it to CIC.

Please help folks -
Regards,

Yatish Sharma

Hello Friends!

My medical request came in September 2014 and I got the medical done in Sweden in september. Made payment of RPRF via DD PCC and medical acknowledgement in First week of October 2014, however my third line is yet not updated. My Visa office is New Delhi.

I wanted to know if there is anybody else as well who is in same situation as I am.

You got some very good advice already not to resign so soon, regarding 90 days notification... you can adjust your 30 annual days paid leave from 90 and waive off half more if you are in good terms with your manager.

Hi People

I have a question around PCC.
I have stayed in South Africa in the past for more than 6 months.
I obtained my PCC from there but that PCC was issued 10 months ago, can I use the same PCC and send to NDVO. I am of the opinion that it should work because that PCC is for a fixed time period of 2008 -2010 and I never visited South Africa again, so it is as valid now as it was 10 months ago, so it should be acceptable.
However seniors please provide input if my understanding is wrong and I need another PCC from South Africa in the current date.
My another question is around paying the RPRF, what is the best mode of paying the fee online or the DD. If DD, should I make the DD in Rupees or in CAD? From my understanding the fee is $490, is that correct?

Thanks

Yes you are correct it should be acceptable since you have not visited after that again.

It depends on your VO how they accept the PPRF fees, they must mention this thing in their email. I would suggest that it should be in CAD.
