Well latest CC charged was of 11th September applicant, so i guess yea its done for September applications.

You cannot sponsor anybody now- only a PR holder can sponsor.

I am not sure if you can add parents as co-applicants.

Brother you defintly cannot.

He is correct, you cannot include your parents and brothers. Yes once you are there you can sponsor your parents but still not your brothers. They have to put application like you but they can get 5 additional points on your behalf.

Application date - 30th july
Dd encashed- 12th november acc.to cic
PER received - 26th november
I was very tensed these days bcz according to hdfc bank dd was nt encashed...

Many times bank not checked properly so don't worry dear in PER mail payment receipt details already mentioned pls refer.
