I got my GCMS notes today and all i got is a copy of all my application. It doesn't say anywhere at what stage my file is. Did i do something wrong when filling out the online request form.

You need to get court record even if you have to Mexico yourself without it your case might be refused . Try consulting some Immigration lawyer in Canada if he/she can help you in that regard otherwise you have no choice but to go yourself.

You don't not have any family or friends in Mexico who could help you get a lawyer or if they could get the records for you???

Did you ever get charged or convicted of a crime in mexico?? Did your Mexican Police report showed any charges or convictions on it?? If yes than you need to provide them with court documents. All they want to make sure that you did not have conviction and the outcome of the case. Hope that helps

No need to worry. Couple of my friends already got their PR with copied duties. Their file was processed at Ottawa. Not including duties is a big problem but not copying them. Their files got processed with in 7 months.

Wrong. You can have two or more jobs to complete one year experience as long as they fall under NOC O,A or B. But you would need reference letters for both jobs.
