Believe me, I am very worried as well...My employment letter was dated September 7, 2012 (and I started September 6, 2011) with my company. That's EXACTLY one calendar year, and I'm concerned they might count the year as hours and deduct hours for vacation/holidays. I'm legitimately concerned I might come up short on that 1 year experience.
But what can we do? Nothing...we have to wait it out, and if we get rejected, we'll know exactly why and we'll get it right next time. Tons of people get rejected and reapply, including a friend of mine who is now a PR after reapplying!
So let's all calm down and hopefully everything will work out. And EVEN if it doesn't, it won't be the end of the world. Re-applying is not an insurmountable setback.
Bear in mind that there's a strike going on right now as well...
hey, i think you are fine with the working time...as the one calender year means from the 1st day of the work to the 1day before of the 1st day in the next year... for example, if you start working on Jan 1st, the end day of calender should be the 31st Dec.... as it is how it show on my work permit. they gave my work permit on Aug 12, 11 and the last date of work permit is Aug 11, 14...... and as long as your vacation is paid, it is including in the time......
