Congrats! it seems they are starting to process November applicants. My timeline is earlier than yours, files are different individually so, hoping I will get RPRF soon!

Its not only Ottawa visa office who are sending PPR. I talked to CIC agent and he said that Nova Scotia CIO is also sending PPR therefore serve as Visa Office too. Those who got PPR august and Sept noe are receing RPRF are from CIO visa office.

adding your spouse means new processing time. So you are feb applicant now, instead of September. I called CIC and I want to add my spouse, agent told me that I will have a new date of submission, I decided not to add my spouse yet then sponsor her later after PR. My co worker got her PR after...

prentiss, Paying it online is easy. YOu need to email the receipt of RPRF payment proof together with your application number. I do not know the email address, though I read this step done by some in the other thread.

Congratulations! So its 5 months of waiting for you. I applied on Nov 6 so I should get my AOR on April 1-10. Fingers crossed

They are processing October now. I read from other group that there was candidate Ocyober 27 & 30 who received an AOR already. While some from Oct first week does not receive AOR yet. It seems CIO assigns applications to different officers by dates.

Mine was charged on Feb 9. Application reached CIO on Nov 6, 2014

I noticed that whenever a week of express entry draw, they stop giving AOR. After sending invitations to candidates in Express ENtry, they send AOR. This week is Express Entry draw so I have not heard anyone who was issued AOR for old PR processing.
