Yes jaybaker I agree the processing from outside the country takes usually way longer than inside. Alberta processing seems to be faster since the unemployment in the province is less than6%. If 14weeks past witn no lmia file number then i am guessing something wring with the application and...

I have not heard any timelines of any processed LMIA after the moratorium. Yours happened prior to moratorium and took 3 months. I wish it is faster this time since the application for LMIAdecreased by 75 %.. It is supposed to be faster now knowing that Service Canada has few backlogs.

Hi Everyone, my new potential employer filed for my LMIA on August 27. I do not know when they got charged but when I asked if they have been, they said yes last week (October 3). I am hoping to get approval tomorrow or next week (fingers crossed). My NOC is 0621 in Edmonton Alberta.

My new Employer offered me 0632 NOC store Manager. They submitted my LMiA application August 26. Just sharing guys. Hope it will be approved soon. I am here in edmonton.

POLO means PHIL OVERSEAS Labor Office based in Canada....so ang employer ang magaayos nito sa Canada....to verify if the job offer and the employer really exists and still needs a Temporary Worker

Good day to all... PDOS schedule ko sa August 2 ...Agency called me and advised that my employer is currently fixing scheds of my flight and POLO requirements. Tentative po August 20 onwrds...Resigned na ko from work effective Aug 25...Hope all will have their visas na april batch...
