Really don't know what's going on with CIC! !! They forgot July!! Or left for vacation?? :'( :'( We are still waiting!!

Chilax guys, remember we still have some Jan, Feb, March and April applicants that are also waiting for PPR. PPR will surely come when it is time for it to come. For the time being, just keep calm and chive on ;D

Its not only Ottawa visa office who are sending PPR. I talked to CIC agent and he said that Nova Scotia CIO is also sending PPR therefore serve as Visa Office too. Those who got PPR august and Sept noe are receing RPRF are from CIO visa office.

Different agents different info mate
I received evy directives from nv cio but ppr was sent by cpp ottawa
Agent told me only ottawa has the authority to send ppr.
I am blessed that my wait is finally over as I received my ppr yesterday

So Finally yesterday night I became a PR of Canada at lewiston bridge (Niagara falls) side of USA.
I went to USA for some shopping at Fashion outlet malls. Returned to Canada border at 10:45 PM. The officers at Canadian were extremely nice. I parked my car, went inside, the lady asked my PP and CopR and asked me write the address where my PR card should be sent.
Then she asked me to sit. After 2 minutes she called me and said u r now a PR of Canada and told me some usual stuff (health card, sin, etc..)
She did not asked me any other question and she did not even requested any other documents. Not even my work permit.

The process literally took 5 minutes inside the Canadian office. Nobody else was there. It was very smooth and quite.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to PM me. Will try to reply ASAP.

True ! May applicant, still on IP. CIC is processing randomly, we can't say we are behind or ahead. Each case is different to them.

It seems it took you about 10 days to get your passport back with Visa assuming you sent it on 15th.

Got PPR on 21. Sent it on 22. Reached CIC on 25th. Guess its too early to be impatient .

yes 10 days. It got delayed due to victoria day long weekend and sat-sun

App Received: Aug 14, 2014

PPR: June 1, 2015

What will happen if I am not in town to collect my passport from Canada Post? Do you know if Canada Post needs the passport holder to collect the passport at delivery, or can the passport be held by my concierge?

Congrats to everyone who got their PPR,DM. I'm June applicant and still on IP since mid April. So all my friends who applied in July or August no need to worry. Have some patience nd we all will get PR soon. Cheersss
