ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

If CIC wanted any kind of back up, they would have mentioned so. As far as I am concerned CIC or any other immigration agency is pretty specific when asking for documents like these. Like I mentioned in one of my other posts, when I sent in my application for a work permit for another country...

But, you have to understand a lot of us have our funding in US Dollars. Since then the value of the US $$ has gone down in comparison to the Canadian dollar, which means we have less Canadian $$ in terms of current rates. As long as we are able to meet the minimum specified we should be fine.

Their main intention is to make sure you can sustain yourself in the interim period between landing and finding a job. I personally think you should be fine as long as you meet the above specifications. Its been almost 2 years since this whole process started and things have changed, like...

Just saw a couple of other cases on Trackitt, and CIC asked for proof of funds before they issued ppr. This seems to be becoming the norm. So, better be prepared.

Not sure what exactly you mean. But, there are people who have left the country after they submitted their applications and have gotten passport requests. In any case, most applicants are still in the country.

Yes, I ordered from caipsnotes.com. I think its their normal processing time. They said the request to I think their office in Ottawa, who then sends it to Buffalo. And I guess the delay is in Buffalo.
