Same here. AOR Jan 18th. Requested GCMS on 7th April, and notes generated on 10th April. Eligibility and Security - Not Started. Primary VO - CIO Nova Scotia Secondary VO - CPC - Ottawa BG NA since Feb 28th. There are lot of people in the 'PNP-O Squad' waiting for their PPRs. Matter of weeks. ;)

Check the details on the letterhead - address / phone numbers / email-id etc. If anything is incorrect / outdated / not functional, the document may be under scrutiny.

Yes, they will inform you and ask you to take further tests. This is also applicable if your blood pressure shows up in high range for 3 consecutive readings.
