According to my GCMS which was generated on 10th April, my file wasn't touched after 28th Feb. The report showed medicals, and R10 completed. Security and eligibility pending (as on 10th April). I am guessing every file has a stagnation period before a further officer picks it up and proceeds...

I had sent 2 emails, one on April 7th - when they replied my file was at CIO, NS. And another email I sent on 17th May, when they replied my application was 'in queue for officer's review'
