It seems like it depends on which bridge you're planning on using for flagpole, I wouldn't try that at the Rainbow Bridge, but it seems like others have had success at the time with Sarnia.

I used USPS to send our passports up, and I put $1. No problems getting it delivered.

Wow! Did you get overnight service with that? That's pretty expensive, I used USPS to send it to Ottawa for a little over $20, and then FedEx return for $23 or so. I had problems using UPS, and CPC-Ottawa contacted me asking to send a prepaid FedEx label for them to return COPR.

If you plan on bringing items later, then yes for sure. Probably a good idea to use it for items with you at landing as well to ensure things go smoothly.

I completed the B4 form before landing at Pearson, but I was bringing a lot more that what you're planning to bring. They asked me about funds, but I didn't need proof of funds. They needed COPR, passports, and the address to send our PR cards to. Landing at Pearson was a really good experience!

Mine said 60 days at first as well, but it switched to 90. I submitted my app within 10 days so it wouldn't have mattered
