Our application was transferred to NYVO. We haven’t heard anything since AOR2 Nov 18th.. I don’t know much about this VO other than it’s clearly slow so far.

There are people from October that already have Decision Made. This process makes zero sense lol. It’s safe to say first come, first serve is not a thing during this process lol.

Same thing happened to my husband and I. We were transferred to Mississauga Oct 9th and then Oct 30th transferred to NYVO. Nov 18th we got AOR2 but haven’t heard anything since. Please don’t let anybody scare you by telling you IRCC thinks you’re inadmissible because you were transferred to NY. Everyone in LA was just transferred to NY because they’re no longer processing applications there. Other people on here have also been transferred to NY and been approved. People...

Unfortunately no, it’s just a waiting game.

The line 2 update is your AOR2 and it means the VO has started processing your application. Now you just have to wait a while for a decision. So next will either be additional documents, interview and/or PPR. Good luck :)

The processing of the application starts in Sydney, Nova Scotia. It’ll be sent to a visa office later for the rest of the processing. So no worries you’re on the right track. Good luck :)

It basically means exactly what it says. Your application is in progress and when they start your background check they’ll let you know. All you can do is just continue to wait. Good luck.

You’ll eventually see two Decision Made. Right now it’s on the Sponsors side. Once the decision is made for the PA, you’ll get a Decision Made on the right as well. They should eventually let you know they received the correction but as with everything else with IRCC you just have to wait lol...

I can answer one of your questions. Yes, it is normal to have medical and biometric requests sent at the same time. As for questions one & two, from what I’ve seen the passport stamping should come later, that’s not the next step. But, I’m really new to this so I’m unsure how that works...

Lol, I know what you mean. It’s a lot to take in. I’ve spent hours on this forum learning the abbreviations and whatever else lol. AOR2 is when the visa office starts processing your file so no, you don’t have it yet but you should get it soon, if at all. Some people don’t. So no worries :)
