I am applying for December 2018 All requirements were conducted Medical and biometrics in March 2019 During that period in March the situation was describing the background check in gckey ,, we process the background check we will send you a message ,, the request was moved in August and received as well in August note that in the period between March and August complete silence and after transfer The file to this date is completely silent but yesterday I noticed a change in the update of gckey but I did not find a message but changed the status of the background check to The application is in progress We will send you a message once we will start background check . What does that mean please help. The office that handles the application is the London office

It basically means exactly what it says. Your application is in progress and when they start your background check they’ll let you know. All you can do is just continue to wait. Good luck.
